These terms cover fantosaur.com and the material published on it. By using this site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site. Questions go to dino.the.fantosaur@gmail.com.

Who runs this

Fantosaur is an independent comedy and merchandise brand. In these terms, "Fantosaur", "we" and "us" mean that brand and its owner, and "you" means anyone using the site.

What you may do with the content

The Fantosaur name, the dinosaur mark, the episodes, the artwork, the characters and the writing all belong to Fantosaur and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to watch the episodes, and to share them using the sharing tools the platforms provide, which is the whole point of putting them there.

Without written permission, please do not re-upload episodes to another account or service, sell or license the artwork, print the artwork onto products, use the Fantosaur name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not, or train a machine learning model on this material.

Buying things

The Fantosaur shop at shop.fantosaur.com is a Printify Pop-Up Store. Printify is the merchant of record, and it handles payment, production, shipping, returns and refunds. Any purchase you make there is a contract between you and Printify under Printify's terms of service, not under these terms. Product photographs are representative, and printed colour can vary a little from what your screen shows.

This site links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and the shop. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or their conduct.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of anything harmful, and we make no warranties about it beyond those the law will not let us exclude. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fantosaur is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute arising out of them belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Maine. If you live somewhere whose consumer law gives you rights you cannot sign away, this paragraph does not take those rights from you.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version always sits on this page with its effective date at the top, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
